C.   First Reading of Ordinance 12-01: an ordinance to adopt new flood plain maps, procedures, flood plain administer and amendments to the Florida Building Code for building and structures in flood hazard areas.

D.   First Reading of Ordinance 12-02: an ordinance creating paragraph thirty-three of Section 14-14 Prohibited Signs to allow discretionary review by the City Manager of all signs to ensure that all signs are in compliance with Section 14-5.
