ShareVolunteers are needed on Saturday, Sept. 10, for a waterway cleanup of a section of the St. Marys River in Macclenney. Hosted by the St. Johns River Water Management District, the cleanup will begin at 8 a.m. with volunteers removing trash in and along the waterway at the Steel Bridge Road boat ramp, also known as the old Boy Scout Camp.
Trash bags and gloves will be provided. Wearing long pants and closed-toe shoes is recommended.
