Frances R. Skinner, 59, of Bryceville died on Thursday, October 25, 2012. She was born in Jacksonville and was a lifelong resident of North Florida. Mrs. Skinner was a member of First Baptist Church of Bryceville and Flo Blue International Collector’s Club.

Survivors include her husband Larry Skinner; son Samuel Skinner; daughters Marley (Darren) Harris and Wendy (DJ) Glover; grandchildren Colton and Ellisyn; parents John E. and Martha Simms; brother Robert Simms; other family and friends.

The funeral service was held at  11 am Monday, October 29 at her church with Pastor Terry Yerby officiating. Interment followed at Motes Cemetery, Bryceville. Giddens-Reed Funeral Home of Baldwin was in charge of arrangements.
