Jack Willie Terry, 63, of Macclenny died August 30, 2012 at Macclenny Nursing and Rehab. He was born in Adel, Georgia on May 6, 1949 to the late Sid Terry Sr. and Sivena Smith Terry. Jack has been a resident of Macclenny for one year after moving from Alachua, FL. He enjoyed playing basketball when he was younger. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Betty Jean Terry.

Survivors include brothers Sid Terry Jr. of Bronson, FL, Fred, Ernest and Jimmy Terry, all of Alachua.
