The entertainment stage being readied for the Sesquicentennial Celebration tomorrow.

In less than 24 hours the county will go about celebrating its 150th year in existence with a street party that includes a parade, vendors, historical demonstrators, historic site tours and live entertainment at the stage being prepared above this afternoon.

The event kicks off at 10:30 am Saturday in downtown Macclenny.

The forecast calls for thunderstorms with a 30 percent chance of rain, so bring your umbrella just in case. Limited tents and seating will be available, so lawn chairs are recommended as well.

Organizers are also planning a live web cam to begin streaming tomorrow about 10:30 am here.

Go to www.150yearsofbaker.com for a full schedule.
